Hey 👋 I'm Elina — Technical PM, systems thinker, and occasional vibe coder when the idea can't wait for a developer.

Clarity. I take ambiguous, messy, "we-don't-know-what-we-want" problems and turn them into something a team can actually build.

Depth. I go deep — on the architecture, the data model, the user flow, the edge case everyone ignored in sprint planning.

Momentum. I ship. Not "eventually ship." Ship with a date, a demo, and a retrospective.

Curiosity. I'm genuinely obsessed with what's possible — new tools, AI workflows, emerging products. If I haven't heard of it today, I will by tomorrow. Literally.

My friends say I'm a walking structure system — tell me an idea and the wireframe is already running in my head before you finish the sentence.

And if there's something I don't know? 24-hour problem. I've never let “I don't know” be the end of a conversation — only the beginning of a very productive evening.
